Return & Refund Policy

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Return:
Please email info@gabsy.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
